Reach creators through education — not interruption.
Connect your company with authors, writers, and creative entrepreneurs who are actively looking for better tools, platforms, services, and systems to help them create, expand, and prosper.
Educational lead-generation activations · Three summits a year
Not looking for inspiration. Looking for what works.
The Create · Expand · Prosper summit series brings together creators who are building stronger creative systems, expanding their intellectual property, and designing more sustainable revenue streams around their work.
Create and publish more effectively
Expand into new formats and revenue streams
Sell directly to their audiences
Use crowdfunding and subscriptions
Automate their workflows
Grow and monetize their catalogs
That makes CEP a natural partner for companies serving authors, publishers, educators, creator-entrepreneurs, and the broader creator economy.
Educational lead generation works better than generic advertising.
Rather than placing your logo in front of creators and hoping they click, we help the audience understand the problem your company solves, why it matters now, who it is best suited for, how it fits into a creator’s business, and what next step they can take with you.
Your company is introduced through education, context, and practical value — not a cold sales pitch.
More than event sponsorship
Every partnership begins with a useful educational experience — a demonstration, walkthrough, training, case study, interview, or presentation connected to a real problem creators are trying to solve. We call this an Educational Lead-Generation Activation.
“Here is our sponsor. Go check them out.” Logo placement, general brand exposure, and a hope that the audience notices.
“Here is a problem many creators are facing. Here is why it matters. Here is a company helping solve it. Here is a useful next step for creators who want help.”
Paid packages amplify that educational presence through lead-generation links, dedicated educational emails, virtual booths, community engagement, digital swag bag placement, guest articles, podcast interviews, case studies, newsletter visibility, and year-round sponsor positioning.
Free Educational Demo Partner
Contribute a useful 20–30 minute prerecorded demonstration, walkthrough, training, case study, or presentation for the summit audience. It does not need to be a highly produced keynote — clear, specific, and genuinely useful is ideal.
- One 20–30 minute prerecorded educational presentation
- Placement within the summit experience
- Your company name and a short description
- A link to your free resource, trial, booking page, or product
- Eligibility to upgrade to a paid activation package
Companies that want to educate the creator market, build goodwill, test the CEP audience, or begin a relationship without committing to a paid sponsorship.
You do not need to send your founder or CEO. A product expert, customer success representative, educator, marketer, or community manager may present.

Authority Amplification is not built around a single round of summit clicks. It positions your company as an active participant in the future of the creator economy.
One company, five places the audience meets you.
A sponsorship is not a single placement. The pieces are designed to compound — each one arrives in a different context, so by the time a creator sees your call to action, they already know who you are and what problem you solve.
Your 20–30 minute educational session sits in the programme alongside the speakers attendees came for — so you are part of the event, not an interruption to it.
Recurring placement in the Saturday Scoop keeps your name in front of the same audience between summits, week after week.
Guest articles and case studies in CEP Magazine give your category the long-form explanation a short ad can never carry.
A conversation with Monica puts your expertise in her voice and her context — the single strongest trust transfer available.
AMAs, Q&A threads, and a booth full of your resources let attendees ask the questions that stand between curiosity and a trial.
Each touchpoint is modest on its own. Together they turn a cold impression into a warm introduction, repeated across the year rather than spent in a single week.
Higher tiers simply add more of these surfaces. Demo Amplifier gets you into the summit and the newsletter; Educational Warm-Up adds the dedicated email and all three summits; Authority Amplification adds the podcast, the case study, and year-long visibility.

Who attends Create · Expand · Prosper?
Fiction authors, nonfiction authors, memoir writers, newsletter-first creators, educators and experts, creator-entrepreneurs, and creators building audience-first businesses. Many already have books, growing catalogs, paid newsletters, digital products, communities, or established audiences.
April 29 – May 2, 2026 · 30+ sessions
July 22–25, 2026 · 50+ sessions
November 4–7, 2026 · 50+ planned sessions
Total unique reach of 20,000+ dedicated writers and creators across platforms. CEP is not designed to attract the broadest possible creator audience — it is designed to reach serious creators who care deeply about building sustainable creative careers.
Create · Expand · Prosper
Together, the three events follow the creator’s journey from making the work, to expanding its reach, to building a sustainable business around it.
Best-fit sponsor categories
Your company does not need to serve authors exclusively.
If you help creators turn their existing work into greater reach, revenue, resilience, or opportunity, there may be a strong fit.
She has been on every side of the sponsorship table.
Monica Leonelle has worked across the creator, publishing, technology, marketing, and events industries for more than 17 years — as an organizer, speaker, sponsor, vendor, author, attendee, marketer, founder, and partner helping companies reach creator audiences.
A computer science background, an MBA from Chicago Booth, and 20+ years of startup and marketing experience. Earlier in her career she was one of the first 50 employees at Braintree, later acquired by PayPal.
She has worked with more than 50 companies across technology, publishing, creator tools, and author services — so she knows what a sponsor is actually trying to accomplish.
More than a decade selling books, products, programs, services, and events directly to writers — and organizing events for writers and creators since 2019.
Companies do not need another logo placement. They need leads, conversations, warmer introductions, category education, trial starts, bookings, and long-term trust.
Your company brings the product expertise. Monica and CEP bring the creator context, audience trust, educational framing, and activation strategy.
Frequently asked by sponsors.
Do we need to create a new presentation?
No. You may use an existing tutorial, webinar, demonstration, case study, presentation, or educational resource. You can also share your strongest public materials with us — Monica may use those to help shape the activation around the CEP audience’s goals, subject to your approval.
What if no one on our executive team is available?
Your founder or CEO does not need to present. A product expert, marketer, educator, customer success representative, community manager, or other knowledgeable team member may participate. In some cases Monica may create a co-educational activation using your approved public content.
What is co-education?
Your company understands its product and category. Monica understands the author and creator audience. Co-education combines those strengths: your company supplies the expertise, resources, examples, and approved information, and Monica places that information into the context of a creator’s goals, challenges, and business model.
Why do we need this if we already educate our own audience?
This is an additional layer, not a replacement for your own content marketing. When education comes only from the company, some creators hear it as product marketing. When it also comes through a trusted author, educator, and event host, the product is placed inside the creator’s real goals and frustrations — which turns general awareness into warmer intent.
Can we choose our CTA?
Yes. Your CTA can lead to a free resource, trial, booking page, webinar, waitlist, product page, consultation, case study, virtual booth, community discussion, or summit-specific offer. We recommend choosing one clear primary action.
What if our product requires education before someone is ready to buy?
That is exactly what this model is designed for. Many creator-facing companies solve problems the audience does not yet know how to evaluate — direct sales infrastructure, crowdfunding strategy, subscription systems, catalog organization, AI-assisted workflows. An educational activation supplies the missing context before asking anyone to click.
What metrics can the activation support?
Depending on the package and CTA: email signups, resource downloads, trial starts, booked demonstrations, consultation requests, webinar registrations, community participation, offer clicks, product awareness, category education, warmer sales conversations, and long-term sponsor visibility.
How much work will our team need to do?
Participation can be lightweight. At the simplest level, your team provides your primary goal, your CTA, your strongest existing resources, approved company information, and feedback on the proposed positioning. More involved sponsors may also record a demonstration, join an interview, participate in an AMA, or contribute an article.
Who approves the final content?
You do. Your company reviews sponsor-specific positioning, links, and CTAs before anything is shared. For co-educational activations, Monica may draft the educational framing using your public materials, and your company reviews the company-specific language for accuracy.

Where the audience lives
The channels, one by one.
An activation does not run in one place. Here is every channel it can touch, and how large each one is.
Reach is one thing. This audience also opens its wallet — here is what it has already backed on crowdfunding alone.
These numbers are not additive. The newsletter, Substack, and summit audiences overlap substantially — many of the same people appear on more than one list. Total unique reach is roughly 20,000+, not the sum of the channels above. We would rather give you a number you can trust than a bigger one you cannot.
Smaller budget?
Start with a magazine placement.
If a full activation is more than you want to commit to right now, CEP Magazine placements start at $250 and reach the same audience. Plenty of partners start there and scale up to an activation once they see how the audience responds.
